For experiences such as the one I had at Triage Automotive, there should be an above and beyond designation. Firstly, a huge shout out to Junior who is a true professional. And also to Connor and Paul. Those guys know what they're doing!!! It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic shop. Most people are in vulnerable position to begin with and all mechanics know this. I went multiple places with a potentially expensive problem. Triage diagnosed me one day and I came back the following day when the part was in. This was the lowest of all the places I had called. And no surprise up-charge at the end, I literally paid exactly what Junior quoted. The process was so smooth and effortless. My car has been running great. So I am very grateful to have found them. This place was recommended to me and I can see why. Jacob is professional and understanding. He was able to explain what was wrong with my car and get it running again today. My original key fob had to be reprogrammed and my car battery re-installed. By the way Junior, my spare key fob does work too! Highly recommend! Junior has been doing maintenance work on my vehicle for over a year. He’s always been thorough, explains what’s going on, takes photos to show the issues the car is having, and is upfront with prices. The prices are fair. Took my 2018 Honda Odyssey in for a brake upgrade. Got all four sets of new rotors and pads installed in under an hour and for a great price. Excellent communication before and during service, the new brakes work flawlessly, and they even gave the engine bay a free deep clean. I highly recommend this shop!
